Paula Wiese

Paula brings experience, compassion, and insight to her practice of coaching siblings of people with disabilities. As a survivor of trauma resulting from living in a family with a disabled sibling, she understands the feelings of grief, abandonment, isolation, and unrealistic expectations that accompany growing up in a struggling family. Paula found healing through trauma trained coaching and is dedicated to helping her clients find their own healing as well, through discovering their own resilience and inner strength.
