Yena Hu

Yena Hu is a Certified Trauma Care Practitioner specializing in developmental trauma and Complex PTSD. As a first-generation immigrant and complex trauma survivor, Yena brings empathy and lived experience to her work, guiding clients toward connection, safety, and self-advocacy. Her practice is dedicated to helping individuals heal, feel empowered, and create the life they want. She is based in Seattle, Washington and works one-on-one with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
